Different attitudes can be demonstrated by many ways such as having personal experience in the past which would have led to cause a specific behaviour whether it is positive or negative.
They can be demonstrated positive by being nice, helpful, friendly and kind; by being negative you might be angry, selfish or greedy.
Why are they important?
Attitudes are important because you use them every day as you speak to people with different attitudes it depends on your mood.
For example if you are going to a job interview, you need to have a positive attitude but if you don’t you won’t get the job, but with friends you have different attitudes.

Tolerance can be demonstrated in the workplace by being polite to colleagues and being mature and formal. An example would be that you would be putting up with other people’s behaviours and being positive and helpful.

Dependability can be demonstrated in a workplace by not being late, always on time. Keep your promises and always do what you said you’re going to do.
Integrity connotes strength and stability. It means taking the high road by practicing the highest business ethics standards. Demonstrating integrity in the workplace shows completeness and soundness in your character and in your organization. It shows that you have solid workplace behaviour ethics that matter in the real world that promote positive work ethics.
Integrity in the workplace often stems from moral and ethical behaviour. Making sure there’s no reason to question your conduct is one of the best ways to prove that you are an honest and dependable employee. Avoid using company products or equipment for personal use and submit exact receipts for travel or meal reimbursements. Don’t over-promise what you can’t provide and strive to meet deadlines. Work productively and cooperate during company meetings so you don’t appear lazy or apathetic, and don’t call in sick if you aren’t. By exhibiting responsible behaviour, you don’t give co-workers or clients the opportunity to question your integrity.
